Enquiry privacy.

Information you choose to send

When you send a lesson enquiry, ChessVita stores your name, email address, optional telephone number, lesson interest, message, and the time you agreed to be contacted. These details are used to reply to your enquiry and arrange lessons.

Where enquiries go

Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are visible to authorised website administrators. A notification may also be sent to the ChessVita contact email. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Form protection

Temporary salted identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions. The form also checks a security token and a hidden anti-spam field. A short-lived receipt identifier confirms that a request was saved.

Your request

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact chessvita@gmail.com. WordPress provides the administrator with tools for exporting and deleting enquiry data.
